A deep understanding of human relations at workplace backed with practical expertise has enabled him to hone his core strengths. Right from building high performance work culture, performance improvement, capability development to rewards, recognitions and engagement.
SRK started his career with Wipro Technologies and after 4.5 years joined Nihilent Technologies, Pune, as Resource Manager. During his 7 years with Nihilent, he was deputed to Johannesburg for 2.5 years to lead overseas HR function. After Nihilent, he was associated with Webonise Lab for 2.5 years in the capacity of VP HR & Culture.
Today, SRK continues to contribute to enrich and harness human potential through his passion and in his capacity as Founder and HR Evangelist of ‘SRK Consultings’. Beyond his role as a consultant, he is a frequent speaker at various forums, and is also closely associated for academic revitalization. He is an avid reader, and is passionate about Indian mythology and its relevance in modern management practices. In his free time, he is a blogger, a poet and a student of Indian classical music.
B.E. in Mechanical Engg. and a post-graduate in marketing (M.M.S.) from Mumbai University, Milind is an accomplished facilitator in the area of Behavioral Skills. He has over 25 years of extensive experience across multiple functions and also an Entrepreneurial stint. He worked as key member of the Wipro training team over 5 years as Behavioral Skills Trainer/Facilitator ending his stint as the in-charge of the learning centre at Pune.
Milind has been involved in conceptualizing, designing and delivering several programs across the organization hierarchy, from mid management to GMs to VPs. An excellent consultant/facilitator in the L&D function runs different kind of programs in which he is certified, apart from several international certifications.

Sriram is BE – Mechanical Engineering, MBA Finance & Human Resources, having 17+ years of corporate work experience with companies like Tata Consulting Engineers & Philips India, at junior and middle management level. As a startup consultant, he provides incubation and capability building solutions to entrepreneurs.
Sriram has been involved in entrepreneurial ventures across domains including FMCG, real estate, hospitality, technology, sports management, Skill Development & Human Capital Consulting. He has extensive corporate training experience having handled training and development assignments for companies like Dr. Reddys, WNS, HUL, L&T, Aker Power Gas, Aker Sub Sea, Schlumberger, Deustch Bank, etc. for middle & senior Management levels – in Finance & Human Resource
Sriram is also a visiting Faculty for Finance & Human Resource management at leading management institutes in Pune including Pune University, Symbiosis University and IMDR.
